Indiana Supreme Court Will Rule on Vouchers

The Indiana Supreme Court has announced that it will hear an appeal of a lower court's rejection of a challenge to the vouchers law passed last year. More than a dozen opponents of the law sued Gov. Mitch Daniels and State Superintendent of Public Instruction Tony Bennett on the basis that the law unconstitutionally funds religious schools with public funds.
