State Discovers $206 Million Belonging to Counties

Not again! It was only a couple of months ago that the Indiana Department of Revenue figured out that the state had about $300 million more in revenues than it thought it had. Now it stumbles across has another $206 million that should have been distributed to Indiana counties--counties that have been struggling! That's a half billion--and counting.
