On International Women's, anti-feminist/anti-women's rights fliers were posted on the Purdue campus. No campus group took responsibility for distributing the fliers published by a group called Third Position. Viviana Tsangaropoul, an organizer with Purdue Social Justice Coalition, said the Coalition submitted copies of the fliers to to Provost Deba Dutta in hopes that a formal condemnation would be forthcoming from the university. Provost Dutta said, "Although no one knows who posted the leaflets, the messages and the mission of the group named on them are, of course, totally repugnant." No statement has been offered from Preseint Daniels.
According to Journal and Courier reporting, "Tsangaropoul said it is outrageous Purdue President Mitch Daniels has not more forcefully criticized the propagation of these ideals by Third Position or any of the other white supremacy groups posting material on campus. Occupy Purdue, a campus group that has been staging a sit-in at Purdue's Hovde Hall, has stated its central mission is to compel Daniels to speak out against such tactics."
